“I recently purchased a table and chairs for the garden , there was a flaw with a couple of the chairs and I contacted Humber Imports who immediately sent me a couple of replacements. Overall the product is better than I expected, so thumbs up for service and quality, not withstanding the chair issue which was effectively sorted out.”

“Great service and really friendly, honest and personable. We ordered an Antibes 10 seater table and chairs and 2 Lutyens benches. Very reasonably priced and generally really good quality. There was one strut on one of the chairs that had a crack and broke when I sat on it (It’s made of wood and I think we were just unlucky, given the quality of everything else). A quick email was returned with a call and promise to replace the chair. Really friendly manner. We were so impressed we ordered a third bench, which had a chip out of it when we unpacked it (probably from damage in transit). We spoke to the owner of the business. He offered a discount and refunded it immediately. We’re likely to need a few more bits of garden furniture over the coming years and we will be using Humber Imports again. Good quality, reasonable prices and above all a real willingness to help and get a solution when things do go wrong. I don’t write many reviews, but was so impressed I felt compelled to support such a well-run business.”

“Good quality table and chairs at a fair price. Delivered early on a very large pallet. The table was easy to assemble. Customer service was good. It would be useful if care advice was provided the table stains easily so we will probably treat it. We are very pleased with our new table and chairs it fits all the family easily.”
