Product is good, price is good, but minimal customer service. When I asked if we could be given extra help to remove old table etc (for which I was happy to pay extra) I was given very short shrift. Table and chairs were delivered by one man who struggled to get it to our front door. He certainly couldn't help to get them anywhere near our garden (or help to construct the table) so we needed to employ people to move the table from our hallway to the garden and then to construct the table. So add that expense to the original cost and it doesn't look such a good deal. Frustrating experience that I would not repeat.

Happy as furniture is good. Unhappy being told that I had to wait 4 weeks for delivery. Unhappy that you forgot to pack the 6 cushions.

Fast delivery and the phonecall telling me when you were delivering was great. I wasn't going to be in on the day suggested and there was no issue in arranging a suitable delivery time that fitted my schedule. However some holes were not aligned and the fowls did not fit properly. I had to make do

Advice to buyers , check all the joints fit before final assembly! I didn't and I glued the joints. I now have unsightly gaps at the joints and it looks awful.

Service and delivery was good. Regards the product - you get what you pay for. Very well priced bench but the quality and sturdiness is not that good. Looks as if been mass produced in far east - which it has. So its a case of what is more important - cheap price or compromise on quality. Serves the purpose for what i needed it for.

Table and chairs of decent quality, although a chair is showing a split a few months after purchase. I was unhappy with the delivery inasmuch as I was left lumbered with the palette to which the furniture was attached. Also, the furniture was left on the street. To my request to take the waste palette and to place the furniture indoors I was told by the delivery guy "that's not my job". I wrote to Humber Imports to make both of these failings in their contracted delivery company known and how I feel this is detrimental to their overall offering but received no reply at the time nor since.

Purchased a wood burning stove, the doors do not shut flush with the main front body, even if you put larger asbestos rope around them they still have a slot along the bottom which is open. Consequently, we are burning a huge amount of wood, I have had a specialist fitter try and sort out the problem but it appears it is a design fault.
