“Despite some initial issues with the online payment my experience of Dalby Living has exceeded expectations. The order arrived within a few days and the quality of the table and chairs is excellent. There was some damage on two of the chairs but a quick e-mail to dalby living led to replacement chairs arriving just days later. It is great to deal with a company that takes pride in what they do, resulting in the same excellent customer experience I had 13 years ago when I bought my first table and chairs from them (Humber Imports as they were then).”

“We could not be happier with our new garden furniture. The packaging was sublime there was no damage. Only the table legs needed construction and fixing to the tabletop. The craftsmanship is outstanding. The chairs are really comfortable with or without the cushions. Being in Plymouth UK, and having spoken to boat builders, we were advised to use boiled linseed oil on it for added weather protection. So that's been done and other than personal use for breakfast, coffee mornings, gardening breaks, after work resting place with a gin and a crossword, we've also had two evening events, a cream tea with friends and a family birthday BBQ. With this weather long may it continue. It's turned my newly landscaped garden now into another room, and is everything I had hoped for.”

“Easy to order. Called to check delivery timescales before placing order. Ordered a week before Easter and the furniture arrived as promised in time. Unfortunately one of the eight chairs was slightly damaged but a quick call had this all sorted and a week later the replacement arrived. Looks fabulous. Would recommend.”

“I am thrilled with my new table and chairs - I have the Geneva set - it is extremely solid and heavy . Having the chairs arrive assembled was so important to me as they are therefore factory solid ! The table just needed the legs on which was simple enough however it is a 2 man job as table top so heavy! I purchased the oil and oiled which gives them the added protection - the green cushions for perfectly ( a little firm but waterproof which is great !) we had a bit of mistake with wrong table on first order but this was very quickly dealt with and very kind gesture of a complementary lazy Susan for the inconvenience which I was extremely impressed with as I had t even asked - the company had already been very efficient with the exchange. Thankyou and please don’t hesitate to use this company- seriously good value for money and brilliant customer service . Thankyou”

“Wonderful customer service! Amy was brilliant. The bench is perfect for our allotment cottage garden! Highly competitive pricing and excellent quality. I’d just have a drill to hand if getting the same bench, we had to widen some of the pre-drilled holes slightly. Otherwise, excellent, thanks Amy.”

“I purchased a lovely teak sun lounger from Dalby Living at a cost of £249, which was a very competitive price compared to similar items on the market. The sun lounger arrived quickly and I was very impressed by the quality. However, a flaw was spotted in the build, but of course these things can happen with natural wood. I reported my findings back to Dalby Living, and immediately received an apology from Mark with an assurance that a replacement item would be sent to me immediately at no cost, and that I could keep the original one or dispose of it as I saw fit. There was no hesitation in the offer of a replacement, which I find in these modern times a breath of fresh air. The replacement has now arrived. Well done Dolby Living, I can whole heartedly recommend your company, as this is service of the highest order, and rarely seen today. Many thanks Peter A TAMBLIN”

“very happy with our purchase of our patio set. Ordering was easy. Website had a good selection to chose from. We ordered an 8 seater wooden table set from Dalby Living. The quality of the table and chairs is excellent. The table and chairs are a good heavy weight. The assebly of the table was easy. We applied Teak oil to the table and chairs and they look amazing. Highly recommend Dalby Living. Our experience has been 100% positive with no issues what so ever.”

“I hadn’t used this company before, but their website all seemed ok. I ordered one sun lounger costing £249.99, with the cushion. I loved it. I managed to assemble it ( on my first attempt). In fact, I ordered another one days later. Exactly the same. Love it too. In fact, if I could afford it, I’d buy another one. Maybe next year. I live in Moray ( North East coast of Scotland) and really appreciate there being no delivery surcharge.”

“I ordered the Biarritz round table and four chairs. The first delivery was a disaster only due to the delivery driver's attitude, which by the way was an outside contractor and not a Dalby employee. I was really upset Because this company only did kerbside deliveries. I needed it in the back garden , I have three foot wide gates but the pallet it is put on was too wide, so the driver took it away. Ok, after he had left I had a "lightbulb moment " it could have gone in the garage. So I re-ordered my furniture, another driver another day. Extremely helpful and considerate, and in the garage it went. So well packed I had to wait for my son in law to come from London to unpack it and carry it through to the garden for me. And it hasn't stopped raining since! I have ordered from another company an all singing all dancing water proof and sun proof cover. Hope it comes soon. But having said all that the furniture it very comfortable and sturdy. The big downside is that I am left with a hugh pallet which I have to get to the local tip,or just wait for bonfire night”
