Sorry you're unhappy with the Jewel bib tight fabric. It is more technically advanced than the fabric we use in our Champion tights (the original tights you mentioned). The Jewel fabric is a premium 245gsm weight compression fabric and has slightly different features to that of the Champions. The quality of our production and components has not changed and we have the same values that we have always had.

“Yeah, sorry it was only a good report, that was due to cap size and it only being a 58cm max very tight on my big fat head, I managed to get a Rock Bros at 61cm which is ok but if yo do get any 62cm caps I would love to buy one.

I am sorry that you were upset by our customer service and found my reply to your email condescending and un-empathetic. You accused us of trying to con people in your email which is unfair. As I said to you already, we are absolutely not in the habit of trying to con people and are unable to offer the new customer 10% discount off items which are already discounted as this is not viable for us. This policy is stated throughout our website and on the sign up pages for the discount code.
