Service was good - fast delivery & refund initiated quickly but unfortunately I don’t think their cycling gear is right for me”
“Great quality says it all. Some sizing issues but no problem with returns and the process is quick. The problem for me is that I prefer not to have a tight fit which doesn't show off my 'excellent' proportions too much and a slightly looser fit would be perfect. I did get advice from you and the issue is whether to have a very loose or very tight fit. The next size up for me caters for up to 54" chest- too loose, like a tent!”
“Nice one. Didn’t know what size, so emailed and offered advice. Ordered two pairs off the back of that to test sizing. Returned one pair and credited immediately. Super helpful service, well done. “Found them excellent to deal with over the years and no quibbles on returning items that come up too big/small. Struggled on latest item as not much stock in my size. Perhaps it goes quickly! Was looking to purchase a different top but no longer in stock. Had to wait for new stock/design to come in. Initially wanted in navy but none left so ended up with black one. Still a good top but perhaps more stock in 42 or 44 sizes.”
“Ordered a gilet to go over my cycling jersey and have now worn it twice. I wear a long sleeved top, my FLAB cycling jersey with pockets and then my gilet over the top and it keeps me absolutely warm as toast! Very lightweight, but I think it's extremely windproof, without the weight of my larger winter jacket. I ordered a size 38 and it's plenty big enough to go over the top, even with my jersey pockets full underneath.”
