“Ordered a single tile as the sample option is bizarrely not available due to Covid restrictions. Paid £6.50 (yes, that’s the cheapest shipping option for a single tile) for allegedly next working day delivery and still haven’t received the tile two weeks later. I can’t really comment on the quality of the tile or whether it was damaged as it hasn’t shown up yet.”

“Worst experience ever ordered 100 tiles and 1st time 37 were broken 2nd 21 broken and 3rd 18 were broken too much hassle to request the last broken lot to be replaced.”

We apologies for the damaged tiles and the free replacements you have received from us. Unfortunately this can happy from time to time due to the fact that the tiles are fragile and can damage even though we do our best to protect them.

“This is the second time I have ordered a sample and it has not arrived”

“I ordered a sample tile, hexagon shape. You sent me a third of a tile, so there were no complete edges so I couldn’t tell how big a complete tile would be. It was also poorly cut, with score marks - making the quality look totally shoddy. Not impressive! I won’t be placing an order.”

We offer a free cut sample service to our customers this allows customers to get an idea of the colour, shade and overall look and feel of the tile. As we cut our free samples for customer we do our upmost be to ensure that there is little to no wastage when doing this. Our apologies on the sample you have received.

“After a call from a chap called Philip I was told a sample I had requested would be delivered yesterday 29/07/2016. After waiting in all day I still have not received the sample and no longer require it would not use this company if this is the type of service they offer.”
