“First and foremost, I want to recognise Scott (online orders) - his customer service is the very best I have experienced! Initially, I only wanted wall tiles for one bathroom from CPT having found them online, but I was so impressed with Scott's help, knowledge and understanding, he instilled so much confidence in me, I subsequently quadrupled my order to completely fitout 2 bathrooms. Scott went out of his way to double check stock/batch availability, call different depots, arrange an interbranch transfer and keep tabs on a shipment of tiles that was due to dock in the UK. He understood my tight timings and delivered (quite literally), with full courtesy and professionalism. In this day and age, it is very rare to experience this level of service and I want to rightfully give credit where its due. Scott - Thank You; CPT Management - he is a REAL asset to your business; Potential Customers - go for it, ask for Scott, he is GREAT! ”

“Fabulous product, the quality is very good, especially for the price (compared to a lot of local traders). Arrived very quickly and very well packaged to prevent breakages.”

“Amazing service from Scott! He went above and beyond when trying to source a particular tile and getting the samples to me against all the odds. The pallet delivery was perfect on time and was delivered right to the door. I cannot recommend this company and Scott enough, I would not hesitate to use them again.”

“Worst experience ever!! Ordered tiles 2.5 w still not delivered. Called online team guaranteed I would get next day (Fri) Nothing arrived. No online team team during weekend. Tilers meant to start on Monday. Called online Monday, advised couldn’t locate my item. Got a call back to say located and would get tiles on Tuesday. Tuesday advised the tiles were damaged so could only refund as these were end of range tiles. Had bought matching tiles that had been believed. So real pain now have to find new tiles and delayed project. Need to return the matching tiles bought. Severely out of pocket and wasted time. Never use them again as no compensation offered.”

“Excellent tiles. First batch arrived broken ( maybe packaging should be in box as well as a bit of buddle wrap) But company quickly sent out another batch. They are reasonable and good quality tiles 👍”
