“Excellent tiles. First batch arrived broken ( maybe packaging should be in box as well as a bit of buddle wrap) But company quickly sent out another batch. They are reasonable and good quality tiles 👍”

“We had to replace a few tiles. All the local merchants said it was discontinued. Found them on cut price tiles. Sent for a sample which was free delivery. Communication and delivery were excellent. It was perfect and I ordered 30. Again excellent service and next day delivery all at a reasonable price.”

“Great quality products at very reasonable prices. Sometimes limited quantities but I have never had a problem with quantities. Samples are ridiculously cheap and very useful to help visualise a large floor area. They are also a local business so I try to support them. Friendly knowledgeable staff.”

“Customer service from Scott in online orders was very very good. However the delivery and condition of the order itself was poor. Paid for next working day delivery and that did not happen and when the order did arrive which was a very well wrapped 6kg parcel, most of the tiles were already chipped inside their bubble wrap. I protected that parcel with my life when it arrived as it was imperative the tiles were applied in time to list our property on the market so I know for a fact this did not happen whilst in my care.”

“Amazing price and tiles. I had 3 tiles came broken but I was more to do with the delivery driver more than the retail. Times were very secured packed. I'm now looking to buy tiles for the whole flat and this will be the first place I'll be checking out”

“Bought 2 boxes of tiles - Both boxes got dilivered BROKEN into PIECES. Tiles seems fairly standard but the DELIVERY is APPALING. I'll contact customer services to demand a new redeliver , this time with "FRAGILE" stickers on them as it should ... Also, DELIVERY was LATE, resulting in receiving it only the following week)”
