“I am happy with my cushions. The fabric took a very long time to arrive but I was kept informed all the way along. I was surprised when they arrived during the Covid 19 pandemic. Thank you for getting my order to me!”

“Delivery date was 6 weeks from order ( not 3-4 weeks as advised) Zip to short which made it very difficult to insert cushion pad. Zip I feel should be right to end of cushion I’m delighted with the actual cushion covers, they look great on my sofas Shame about the above as would have been 5 stars overall”

Hello Christine, we are sorry about the delay on your order, unfortunately the fabric you chose "Amazon Navy" by Clarke and Clarke was out of stock, we emailed to inform of this as soon as we were made aware of this by the manufacturer. “The curtains were good quality however the blinds were not a good fit and the cushions did not have good filing material despite paying for the best quality cushions. Overall my experience was good however I expected the cushion filling to be of good quality as I paid for the good quality feather filling (around 45£-55£ per cushion for 4 cushions). Thank you for providing the order in time and easy installation steps on your site.”

Hi Yachna Thank you for ordering your Made to Measure Curtains, and Blinds and cushions from Curtains made for free. We love your choice of fabrics the Eden Range. I'm sorry to hear that you were not happy with the quality of the feather filled cushion pads, these are something that we do not make in house, and order from our supplier. I will mention to it to them, if they have changed supplier? but this is out of our control. We are pleased to hear that our easy installation step guide was helpful, and your got your order on time. “Although the order received was well wrapped, It was delivered while we were away, and was left at the front door, where it is visible to any one passing by. So we were lucky that the neighbour kindly picked it and kept it safe till our return.”

“Rather disappointed with my cushion covers. Surprised that the zips were different colours, and the corners of the piping not very well done. They arrived very creased as well, with bits of cotton still needing to be snipped off. Poorly packaged. Previously had some curtains made which were excellent.”

Hi Elaine - I am sorry you were not happy with your cushions, we will review how they are packaged to try to avoid creasing through folding. The zips used are concealed but should be the same colour - this has been fed back to the maker of the cushions along with the thread ends - Apologies - we will strive to improve wherever we can.

Hi Hazel - this is a shame, we do recommend ordering samples before purchasing your made to measure products as image colours from computer screen to screen can differ - our samples are always a true reflection on the actual fabric. Its great to hear that you are pleased with the quality of your roman blinds so hopefully we can help again soon.

“Easy to order, delivered quickly. The reason I’m not fully satisfied is that you can see the machine holes across the width of the blind when fully unrolled at each of the folds.”

Hi Claire, thanks for your feedback, it would be good if you could send us a photo of the problem you have found - we do not use machine sewing on our Roman blinds - we use stab stitches which are sewn by hand in a few areas to hold the lining to the fabric which is regarded as a much higher quality finish, without these stitches the fabric would not hold to the lining to create the folds. “Lovely fabric, fast delivery and easy ordering. Quality of the workmanship was not great though and would prevent me from using again. Would prefer to pay more for better made curtains.”

“Pleased with the quality but they arrived with the pleating drawn up, this would have been a great help except they had both been pulled up on the same side and the corners at the bottom near the hem where the lining and curtains are joined had not been stitched down. Also I should have received them on Friday 8 June and they didn't arrive until Monday 11 June.”

“The price was better than other quotes I was given but you usually only get what you pay for. The cushion covers were only piped on three sides, some of the seams didn’t look finished securely and loose threads were not removed.”
