“Tiny samples given - disappointing as unable to see pattern at all.”

Hi Sally, I am very sorry you were disappointed with your samples - we are always here to help resolve customer concerns - please get in touch and we can try to arrange larger samples. When we have stock of fabric, we send as big a sample out as possible showing all colours within the design, however, if we do not have stock we need to order the sample in from the manufacturer, who, unfortunately do not offer as big a sample. Im sure that if you had contacted us we would have found a solution to avoid the negative review. “I have had three lampshades made, two different sizes, and they were all very well made and delivered on time. I also ordered three pelmets which where exactly what I wanted, again very well made and nicely padded. I had an issue with one of the orders and it was resolved immediately, extremely good customer service. Over all I’m very impressed with this company and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them. I will definitely be using them again.”

“Rather disappointed with my cushion covers. Surprised that the zips were different colours, and the corners of the piping not very well done. They arrived very creased as well, with bits of cotton still needing to be snipped off. Poorly packaged. Previously had some curtains made which were excellent.”

Hi Elaine - I am sorry you were not happy with your cushions, we will review how they are packaged to try to avoid creasing through folding. The zips used are concealed but should be the same colour - this has been fed back to the maker of the cushions along with the thread ends - Apologies - we will strive to improve wherever we can.

“I took a gamble on the existing reviews, which were very convincing and it paid off. The curtains are perfect, very well made and delivered very quickly. I have ordered 4 more pairs, so I hope they will be just as good. From a price point of view, the curtains cost the same as if I had them done by an indépendant maker. If you choose double pleat curtains, you are charged £20 per width which was not mentioned on the website when I ordered my curtains and which means you are not just paying for the cost of the fabric, so a word of caution there... for me the biggest advantage is that they could be made quickly, but not more cheaply.”

Apologies if it isn't clear on the website about the pinch pleat option, normally when you select this as a added extra the price does increase on the overall cost. As you can understand this a hand stitched service which requires a lot of time. We can look at improving this so its more clear on our website. Thanks again :)
