“Delighted with living room curtains received ahead of time. Matched beautifully excellent quality selection of fabrics outstanding. Staff wonderfully helpful. Have ordered a pair for bedroom now. I'll never make my own again or buy elsewhere. Thoroughly recommended.”

Hi Trusha Having looked at your order I can see that your cushion is 65cm x 65cm and a 55cm zip has been put in which is more than enough room to put a cushion in. The bed runner was made as you requested, without any joins which was made at a huge discount due to you not being happy with your original runner which did have joins in due to the width of the fabric - this was clearly explained a number of times over the telephone when you ordered. Your original order was correct as ordered, we didn’t have to offer any discount or offer to make a cushion from the original runner, but we did, it is very disappointing that you have felt that our service deserves a negative review. We have a great team of people working for us, thankfully all of our other reviews reflect this, we are sorry that you do not agree.

“I wanted a custom made curtain for my front door, it's an old house with draughts. This company was competitive in price and tell you step by step how to measure and order. All very useful, then they keep you updated on delivery and when the curtain arrived I was very impressed it looks lovely up and it fits well. The material choice was very extensive as well. Excellent.”

“We wanted a Fabric only stocked by a major high street retailer. We arranged for CMF to use this fabric and make our curtains far cheaper. The curtains arrived today within only two weeks of ordering. Very high quality made. We are extremely happy with the service as a whole. Kay was very helpful on email with the ordering process as we didn't use one of their own fabrics. We also ordered a Roman Blind. Again excellently made. Highly recommend.”

“I would never go anywhere else for curtains! I had to reorder curtains that curtains made free for me 4 years ago which recently became damaged. Pippa found my original order which I placed, I then decided a few days later that I wanted them lined this wasn’t a problem for them my request was carried out promptly. Curtains arrived very quickly and are perfect and their customer service is superb and hassle free......fantastic service.”
