“Christopher Smith had been very helpful through out the booking process. I couldn't get the booking right the first time when I tried online, immediately got a call from Chris who assisted me with the booking. Wasn't expecting a call with help, so this was very good. Chris ensured all the details he is filling on my behalf is accurate, verified preferences (I would have missed on my own ). Excellent work Chris. Thank you. and thank you Crystal Travel team. “Although Philip Carter is clearly not his real name (he's in the back office in Delhi, India) the service really is very good. Reminding me why it's always best to go through a travel agent- he checked the luggage allowances and stopovers and was generally great. Really fast and efficient.”
