“Well I was about to book a flight with Crystal travel online and wasn’t sure about an option, suddenly received a call from Philip at Crystal Travel . He was so helpful and helped me to book and stayed on line all time to help me with any enquiry. Very nice customer service, lovely and helpful staff. So happy with my booking by this agency. Will book further flights with them in future definitely.”

“I could buy my ticket easily and no stress at all. I’m very happy because I’m going to see my family in Brazil, and I can pay monthly which is helps me a lot. By the way, Kathy was the person who helped me doing all the process. She was very polite and professional. I really appreciate her job. Many thanks for everything.”

“Good prices for the flights I needed to book. Upon my purchase, I was told that the payment was declined as the tickets were no longer available. It was disappointing at first, however, within a minute I have received a phone call from a representative named Lisa and she was super helpful. In the end, I was provided with the same flights for the same price.”
