"Stuart is the consummate artisan-merchant. I ordered the A5 6-ring binder with a matching 3-pen holder. He worked with me through the whole process. And, since I just found him on-line, I was naturally a little apprehensive. The Binder was perfect to the last detail. The 3-pen holder\u2019s workmanship was also exquisite. But for some reason, the measurements were off. My pens did not fit. It was probably my fault, and I was prepared to let that go. But Stuart would not have it.
