“We approached CM as we had been let down by another organisation a week before an important event. Max Baumber acted quickly and efficiently to understand our needs and within a very short time frame, we had a selection of high quality items produced and delivered. An exemplary service, CM will definitely be our 1st stop for merchandising from now on.”

“Needed branded merchandise for a client visit today - So contacted Umair late last week, and the order was processed quickly and efficiently, all art work created and reached me for 9am this morning. Fast, reliable and the perfect product.”

“The branded USBs arrived yesterday and the Coasters today, which are both ahead of schedule and an unbelievable turnaround time compared to what we have experienced with our previous supplier. They look fantastic, especially the coasters! Also to say that so far my experience of working with CM Brand has been really positive and proactive. Umair Khan did exactly what he said he would do and came up with good ideas and worked diligently on our first order. He followed up with me in a timely manor and worked around my busy schedule and was patient with that. His first pricing was cheaper on all like for like products that we have had from our previous supplier and there was the flexibility of lower minimum orders on most of the items too if we wanted too. Umair explained what would happen after the order was placed with design, proofing and delivery and Ryan Caffrey was on top of that process for us. I look forward to our next delivery and our future orders with you.”

“We have had good service in the past from CM Brand but when ordering the branded key rings there were some delays about authorising proof, which resulted in product arriving after we needed it. Since we have had feedback from our customers that the house-shaped key-ring breaks easily, so we are disappointed with the final quality also. The cheaper coin-only key-rings arrived on time and are good quality, so we now wish (with hindsight) that we'd just ordered all the same.”

“CM Brand provided a quote and visuals within hours of requesting. Not only were they the cheapest quote they were the only company that sent across concept visuals from initial request. Our Account Manager stayed in constant contact and our items were delivered within the time frame requested and were excellent quality. Would highly recommend.”
