“Excellent service from start to finish. The team were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the whole process. They took the time to discuss the available options and helped us choose the best solution for our home. The installation was completed to a high standard, and the end result is superb. “Great service from start to finish. Cordell responded quickly to my enquiry, came to view the property and following up the next day with a written quote. On the day of installation they turned up on time, installed the unit with no fuss (even finding solutions to a challenging issue regarding electric supply) and left things tidy. We are very happy with our aircon unit and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cordell to anyone.”

“£180 charge for a 40 min inspection to tell me that my unit wasn’t worth fixing ! Also a stroppy attitude from the receptionist upon challenging this charge .”

“From the initial visit to assess our needs and provide a quote through to completion of the works, Cordell Engineering was fantastic. The admin staff in the background was very helpful and replied promptly to any queries. On the day of installation, the three man team arrived promptly at eight a.m. as stated and left at 2.00 p.m. having installed two units for us. We live in an old house and they encountered some unexpected wiring in one of the walls which could have created a lot of problems for a less experienced team, but they quickly figured out a work around. They cleaned up thoroughly afterwards and talked me through how to use the app to control the units remotely. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.”

“I have known and used Cordell for the last four years. They have carried out various installations across our sites and serviced and maintained our air conditioning units. The engineers who attend our sites are prompt and very courteous. Lyn is always efficient in getting quotes across and organising appointments etc. Needless to say, I highly recommend Cordell for all your air conditioning needs!”

“Cordell air conditioning solutions provided a superb service throughout the installation of air-conditioning to our house. The installers were very skilled, informative, friendly and reliable. All the work was completed on time, and all of the work areas were left neat and tidy. The operation of the air conditioning was carefully explained to us. “Excellent service as always. We have an existing maintenance contract with Cordell which we are very pleased with. We recently needed a new air con unit to be fitted to replace a very old defunct one. The team of engineers arrived and quickly and safely installed and commissioned the unit and also reinstalled a unit that was removed due to ongoing works. (which they also did) I can recommend them for any works that are needed.”

“Cordell provided a seamless service. The quote initially was prompt invoices very straightforward to read. The engineers were efficient and more importantly very tidy. Overall, the trunking outside the house was very discreet and the installed units work very effectively. All in all a great service.”

“Domestic a/c upgrade We were impressed with Cordell Engineering from start to finish. Lloyd was very supportive and thorough during the initial, and unexpectedly demanding, planning phase, which exercised patience and required assistance during a lengthy and frankly painful approval process with the Council. When work finally began, with Tyler, Ollie and Albie, removal of nine old internal a/c units and three old external floor mounted condenser units, then installation of four new internal a/c units (reducing scope to bedrooms only), and a single wall mounted external condenser unit in replacement, (with acoustic enclosure), took just three and a half days. They were always on time, keeping us informed of progress, including raising a few issues with us as they arose, and better still, giving us options to overcome them. Their work was neat and tidy, clearing up and taking waste / rubbish away at the end of each day. We felt we were in very capable hands, and strongly recommend Cordell Engineering Ltd. Thanks, David & Rachel, Twickenham”
