I ordered sone nice winter items for my sons Birthday last week, but the package has not arrived. I have chased up and courier is saying they delivered but my son does not have it yet.
Please help to ensure the courier delivers to the correct recipient.
I hope the package is not lost or worse stolen.”

We're deeply troubled that DPD haven't been able to ensure your order was received by your son, we're raising this issue with their support team to find our what recourse we have.
Reviewing the details of your sons address we've investigated the building managements policies and can see from the FAQ page on their website that they claim that they "always communicate the postal process to our students when they move in", and stipulate that they don't permit delivery men access to student flats to hand over parcels to the recipient in person.
We will see how DPD address our concerns, keeping you up to date over email, and hope to find a way to get the items you ordered to your son.
