“First time customer of Copperfield online and the experience was a good one . Some very nice brands here . I ordered a Beams plus gilet and a Carhartt watch cap and both arrived quickly . I only removed one star for the product packaging . Although the outer packaging was good amd well sealed the Beams plus Gilet which did not have its original packaging could have done being wrapped in tissue and placed in a regular poly clear bag to further protect it . At This end of the market the final touches like packaging is a nice touch and expected at this end of the market . This won’t stop me returning and it’s a minor complaint and I’ve only mentioned this hoping the store itself will look at review constructively . That said I’m very happy with my purchases and pop back on this website again shortly for a little look as they really do have some nice product indeed which is right up my street .”
