“My fiancé and I met COO at the International wedding fair 2017. We spoke to the lady at the fair and she was very friendly and helpful with what style of we wanted for our wedding bands. We booked an appointment to meet and discuss our requirements with one of COO specialist. We met Lee and he was friendly and professional who listened to exactly what we wanted and advised us to what we can/can't do to customise our rings. We are very impressed with their crafting and work of the rings. The pricing and quality was very decent and I would highly recommend them. Thank you for the brilliant job and service you provided us. Louise & Sing”

“Really great experience from start to finish. People on reception/ the phones are always friendly. Lee was super helpful going through all the options and we are so happy with our wedding rings. Couldn't recommend COO enough :)”

“The personalised service at Coo was faultless! We've invested in bespoke jewellery previously but the service at Coo was second to none - Pete really took the time and effort to listen to our ideas, honestly advise us on what would/wouldn't work and kept checking in to ensure we were happy. The design and craftsmanship is exquisite... Coo were able to perfectly create the ring we had described - if we had 50p for everyone someone complimented me on it we'd be millionaires! We were so impressed we recommended Coo to our friends who also enjoyed fabulous service and walked away with a beautiful ring too! Thank you Colin, Pete and the Coo team - you've made the wedding jewellery experience so lovely and we couldn't be more thrilled with our rings!”

“We first met COO at the National Wedding Show and from that moment they have been amazing. We booked to have a consultation in Hatton Garden and we absolutely loved what we saw, to the point that we booked and paid half on the spot. My made to fit bespoke ring is beautifully created and my fiance's engraved ring is amazing. We've been made a part of every single stage of the process and the best part was that I didn't have to send my engagement ring off, they only needed it for a few hours. If you are looking for bespoke or even just a standard ring, then COO is the place, we looked for a long time to try and find the right jewellers and we without a doubt found them. I would highly recommend COO to anyone, if you haven't got your rings yet, give them a call. Best service we could ask for and we love our rings so much. Massive thank you to Peter and all of the team at COO.”

“We had a home visit from Peter to pick my wedding ring, Peter took his time bought a great selection and we didn't feel pushed into buying something. I knew I wanted a shaped band to fit my engagement ring Peter showed me various different shapes including a design I hadn't seen before but fitted perfectly with my ring! We came to Hatton Garden to collect the finished ring and I'm so pleased with my ring! - amazingly it fits both sides of my engagement ring so will back to order an eternity ring in a few years!”
