“I purchased a Qi shield 6 months ago. The difference it makes is phenomenal. I live in a highly toxic emf environment that is saturated by dirty electricity and extreme strength Microwave Frequencies.

“I am sorry to leave a 2 star review, but there are a few reasons to this:
- I bought a product from UK to Sweden, a pair of Defender Shield headphones, I chose UK to skip paying extra VAT that I'd have to pay if the product came from USA,
- the product was send directly from USA and I still had to pay extra VAT; I paid taxes when I bought the product and additional VAT when the product came to Sweden from the States,
- I was not happy with the product, lots of noise in the earpeace and on the recordings, clients complaining about noise "as if the speaker was brushing against the clothes",
- there was a very slow reply by email (no phone number to call), and it took 3 weeks from the moment I requested a return to the moment I received all the details to be able to make return,
- the retun itself went fine and within a week the product was registered as received and I got the refund within just a couple of days,
- I had to pay for the return,
- the additional cost of the VAT and the return cost me as much as 500SEK (extra) - amount of money I could have spent on a normal headset instead.
The service was kind and polite but very slow. Sometimes, I just thought I was forgoten. I think I expected faster replies from the customer service, and better quality from the product.”

“All 3 products were as expected. When I had a question on the shipment, I emailed them and got a timely response which cleared up my confusion. In due time, I will definitely be a repeat customer.”
“Customer service beyond excellent and communications. When a supplier mis-shipped a quantity, Conscious Spaces was quick to rectify. I also had a special order for the Bio Light E14 (it was not on the website as was out of stock at the time) and they were able to procure them rather quickly.
Product Bio Light: OH MY GOD the Bio Light is a HUGE game changer in our home. Our family is on the spectrum so calming our nervous systems is a must. Bio Light is absolutely worth the investment. I originally got Bio Lights for common areas (living and dining, kitchen and mezzanine) and Sweet Dreams/Twilight for our bedrooms just to reduce costs. Wrong move. The Bio Lights are worth the extra cost, so we ordered more for the bedrooms and are so happy.
When it is dark and rainy, the sunlight setting brightens the home and we feel better. And the early morning/late afternoon setting is gorgeous and warm. We feel so cozy, and it is my favorite setting. And if we get up in the night in our bedrooms, the darker yellow is calming and not activating. Also use it in common areas before bedtime to wind down. I even have friends comment when they are in our home that they feel so relaxed, they love the lighting too.
We do use the Twilight in the kitchen at night in the event we roam around. A little odd as it is red lighting (to each their own!), yet we remain sleepy and not activated. Also got the No Blue Motion Night Light for the upstairs and stairs, very helpful when need to check on the little one middle of the night!
Product Qi Shield: we feel the difference as we are quite sensitive to EMF's. We do bring it around the house (sometimes we forget!!) so are saving up for another one for our common area and for the Qi-Me for the child's bedroom.
Product Anti Blue Screen protectors: got them for all of our devices and Macs. I do feel a difference as my eyes are less tired and it seems my brain is less activated.
All in all great experience, fantastic products!
