“Ordered a party, arrived completely different from the picture. I have asked for the original and to date have had no reply at all. Very poor service.
They asked me to send a photo. I did and it was rejected as you can't reply to them through the review. So I sent it to their sales department on the only email address I have. Guess what? No reply yet. It is just getting better all the time.”

“The shopping experience is absolutely fine, any issues are with the courier used, there is no communication stating the time of delivery, this would be fine except you cannot communicate with them to establish if they will leave the parcel, if not to instruct them.
The part was needed urgently, so it mean't me hanging around until it was delivered, which hits me in the pocket.”
