The delivery process was easy and our bed looks amazing, we are really happy. The instructions were a little confusing but we got there in the end. Would absolutely recommend this brand!”
“I have ordered a sofa bed from Comodo living almost 1 year ago for my son. There's a good selection of swatches, customer communication though could be slightly more prompt, however the bed itself and the installation were done tidy and perfectly.
The mechanism works perfect, quality of bed is on the level of luxury Italian bed style - my son loves it. the colour is not affected by anything and material is easy to take care of. It's been perfect from all angles.”

“I ordered 2 x King beds and surprised the delivery men were not informed to deliver to the rooms even I’ve paid with the option of room of choice. After they communicated with their company they finally help moving the bed into room but they can’t put each to two different rooms coz the beds were
packed into odds and ends they couldn’t identify which parts belong to which bed. Finally, they put two beds into 1 room even I paid £40x2 for room of choice. It made me surprised and disappointed.”
“Poor customer service, waited over 8 weeks for my marshmallow bed and still we are missing a side piece. 4 out of 5 parts have been delivered and this was a week ago today. We are yet to receive the 5th part of the bed. We have been ignored many times by their customer service team/person on email and over their WhatsApp. I wish I had never bought from this company as the entire thing has been horrendous. I’ve been emailed to say the entire bed has been delivered and to write this review and it hasn’t even all been delivered. Ridiculous. Still sleeping on the floor.”

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase from your company. We ordered a bed with upholstery in COM from Comodo Living, and unfortunately, the seams are not up to the standard we expected. The seams are noticeably folded and give an unprofessional and unfinished appearance, contrary to the seamless design we anticipated.
Given the premium price paid for this product, the quality does not meet the expectations set by your company’s reputation. We are quite disappointed as this issue affects the overall aesthetic and functionality of the bed.
We kindly request a refund or compensation to cover the cost of having the upholstery fixed by a professional. We trust that you will understand our position and provide a resolution promptly.

“We have mixed feelings towards Comodo Living, we took a gamble buying from this company rather than a more established brand. The communication cannot be faulted as all replies were very quick and if there were any issues with our order we were informed straight away of our options. We originally wanted a gas lift ottoman but due to our alteration requirements this wasn’t possible so we were refunded the difference immediately. However, I would not say the end product or service is “luxury” as the website claims. On delivery only one man arrived and due to the size of the headboard, he couldn’t get it up the stairs alone and I (young female) had to assist carrying it up the stairs (which was a struggle and not what’s expected from a luxury company!). Luckily I managed, but if I’d have been pregnant or elderly and was unable to assist then I don’t know what would have happened but it would likely cause delays and unnecessary stress. The fabric of the bed is identical to samples order and upholstered to a good standard however the other finishes on the bed were not. The slats had uneven spacing, they were roughly sawn and shedding splints rather than a sanded finish and the corner of the bed is misaligned. Overall it could have been worse but could have been better. For the price and the fact it’s advertised as luxury, we wouldn't order again.”
“Everything was perfect from ordering through to delivery and, of course, the bed itself which is wonderful. We wanted longer legs for the bed to enable under-bed storage….no problem and no charge! Very responsive and customer focussed. I cannot speak highly enough of this company.”
