“My wife and I have purchased candles from Coast Candle Co. many times over the years. The first time was when you had a shop in Dornoch (which we visit several times each year), then from your shop in Nairn (where I spent many happy holidays when I was younger). Your products are quite simply the best, with their subtle aromas which conjure up happy memories. I was exceptionally pleased with my recent purchases which you kindly sent first class. Each product is beautifully packaged and I know my wife will be delighted to receive them at Christmas. I also very much appreciated both the small candle in aid of Alzheimer's and your card thanking me for my purchases. It is touches like these that make a real difference and sets your company apart from others. I have not reviewed the products as requested below, as I have not used them yet, but I know from past experience that they will be first class.”

“Recently ordered a 2 wick candle, however the courier service Coast Candle use (Royal Mail) left my order in an unsafe place resulting in me never receiving the order. I contacted Janis atCoast Candles who was lovely, sending out a replacement order. On receiving this new order, RM had smashed it to smitherines even though there was a fragile sticker on it. Again I contacted Janis who sent out an THIRD candle, this one arrived in perfect condition. I cannot compliment the customer service highly enough from Janis, even with the obstacles RM threw in her way she made sure I received a perfect candle. I ordered the 2-Wick Sea Salt Lips candle and I can’t express highly enough how nice a fragrance it is. The crackle of the wicks are so soothing at night. 5 ⭐️ service and a 5 ⭐️ product, perfect for my girlfriends birthday.”
