Recently ordered a 2 wick candle, however the courier service Coast Candle use (Royal Mail) left my order in an unsafe place resulting in me never receiving the order. I contacted Janis atCoast Candles who was lovely, sending out a replacement order. On receiving this new order, RM had smashed it to smitherines even though there was a fragile sticker on it. Again I contacted Janis who sent out an THIRD candle, this one arrived in perfect condition. I cannot compliment the customer service highly enough from Janis, even with the obstacles RM threw in her way she made sure I received a perfect candle. I ordered the 2-Wick Sea Salt Lips candle and I can’t express highly enough how nice a fragrance it is. The crackle of the wicks are so soothing at night. 5 ⭐️ service and a 5 ⭐️ product, perfect for my girlfriends birthday.
