“I was really excited about having neogen treatment, but very disappointed in the lack of knowledge from staff in the initial appt, to the lack of knowledge and people skills from the staff member who was going to carry out the treatment. I was then informed by telephone from the GP that staff felt 'uncomfortable ' in doing the treatment on me. I'm guessing because they were inexperienced. Such a shame as word of mouth and contacts carries a lot of weight and can boost business. Unfortunately that's not the case in this instance. Inexperience and lack of knowledge of procedures really doesn't fill clients with a level of confidence. Hope this information assists potential clients.”

I am sorry we cancelled your Neogen appointment. Cheshire Lasers prides itself on delivering a high standard of care. It’s important we establish a good rapport with our clients to provide the best possible treatment and outcomes. I am sorry that you were disappointed with your consultation with our Aesthetician and that you felt the Aesthetician you later spoke to on the phone did not have the skills to perform the treatment. In these situations, we feel it is unwise for the Aesthetician to perform the treatment. I am sorry we were not able to meet your needs. Neogen is an excellent treatment. I hope you find a Neogen provider closer to your home where they can provide you with the treatment you require and achieve fantastic results.

“I appreciated Mr. Allen’s manner during my treatment, but unfortunately, the results were completely unsuccessful. I have seen no improvement in my scars, and I deeply regret spending my time and money on this procedure. Despite formally requesting a refund due to the lack of results, my request and email were completely ignored. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I feel it was a terrible waste of both my time and money.”

Hello Anonymous. We can not find any emails about scar treatment with Mr Will Allen at Cheshire Lasers. Mr Allen has not received an email about this either. “Your before and after pictures for the CACI treatment are misleading, and, I would suggest, dishonest representations of what CACI can achieve. CACI is a fab treatment, but you will not get these results.”

“Booked a mum to be massage and filled in the form as I have medical issues which were in the tick boxes I did so. To then be told as I have these problems (fibromyalgia and arthritis) I couldn't have a massage. I've had many massages at various establishments over the last 10 years and and many whilst pregnant. I've never ever had a problem anywhere else. The fact that massage is one of the only things which help my pain it's very sad that I couldn't have one. The young girl was lovely and asked if I wanted a facial instead - It's my body aching not my face!!!!”

Dear Anonymous We are sorry we were unable to perform a Mum to be Massage on you at Cheshire Lasers. We understand how disappointed you must feel. Our therapist has been highly trained in this procedure and the training covers medical conditions when the treatment cannot be recommended or is actually contraindicated. Unfortunately your conditions were listed and your therapist correctly checked with our clinic doctor. Our doctor confirmed that she should not perform the treatment. We understand your frustration with this, but we have to follow the guidelines given in training for all our treatments. This is important for the best interest of our clients and for insurance purposes.
