“I was really excited about having neogen treatment, but very disappointed in the lack of knowledge from staff in the initial appt, to the lack of knowledge and people skills from the staff member who was going to carry out the treatment. I was then informed by telephone from the GP that staff felt 'uncomfortable ' in doing the treatment on me. I'm guessing because they were inexperienced. Such a shame as word of mouth and contacts carries a lot of weight and can boost business. Unfortunately that's not the case in this instance. Inexperience and lack of knowledge of procedures really doesn't fill clients with a level of confidence. Hope this information assists potential clients.”

I am sorry we cancelled your Neogen appointment. Cheshire Lasers prides itself on delivering a high standard of care. It’s important we establish a good rapport with our clients to provide the best possible treatment and outcomes. I am sorry that you were disappointed with your consultation with our Aesthetician and that you felt the Aesthetician you later spoke to on the phone did not have the skills to perform the treatment. In these situations, we feel it is unwise for the Aesthetician to perform the treatment. I am sorry we were not able to meet your needs. Neogen is an excellent treatment. I hope you find a Neogen provider closer to your home where they can provide you with the treatment you require and achieve fantastic results.

“I was really happy with my appointment from start to finish. Dr Hazelhurst was so lovely and made me feel at ease from the start. She explained the procedure at length and was really patient. I’m very happy with the results and it’s given me some confidence back, And will 100% be coming back should I need any treatments or procedures in the future.”
