“The whole project went very well. Very good communication and service from the office. The three installers were very motivated and overcame any slight issues, such as a tight entrance onto the property and a slightly longer than 25m carry distance to the base. The building is well priced and it is good quality.”
“I agree totally with everything that all the people above have said. Dealing with Megan was a pleasure, and the end result is fantastic. The price charged was very reasonable and the erection process was carried out very efficiently by two smashing chaps. No hesitation at all in recommending this company.”
“Excellent company to deal with from beginning to end. The initial communication was very effective with Megan and Clare supportive from the start. Planning the building was painstakingly done to make sure that everything came together. The installers - John and Richard did a superb job in difficult circumstances; Mark and his team came afterward to make some minor remedial adjustments and they were just as professional. I highly recommend this company and would think they are pretty unique in providing such a level of customer care. Incidentally, the building is fantastic and has been met with impressive comments from family and friends.”
“Everybody I dealt with at Chart, from first enquiry to final installation we so helpful, friendly and professional - exceptional customer service throughout. Very pleased with the carriage house, it has really set off the house well and the day after installation it has blended in so well that it looks like it's always been there. These will be my first choice should I need any more of their products in the future. Many thanks to all the team.”
“Impressed. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Customer care excellent. Installation went to plan and was incredibly quick. Building quality is spot on. Friendly people. Could not ask for more.”
“A very happy customer. My requirements were complicated but Megan provided a fantastic service in answering my questions (very promptly) and reassuring me. The two installation guys were very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.”
“My initial enquiries were handled with patience and courtesy. The build took place in dreadful weather but the team worked non stop from arrival at 7.15 am to completion at 4.30 pm. I’m very pleased with the result. The quality is excellent.”
“Service was excellent from start to finish - from initially discussing the proposed building with Clare, to the two lads who were on site and built it.
Thank you very much - highly recommended.”
“We are extremely pleased with the service and the quality of the garage and carriage houses supplied and erected by Chart Garages. From the very start we dealt with Megan Cooper and she was superb, we went backwards and forwards then delayed but nothing was too much trouble for Megan, great service. On the day the garages turned up the three chaps that came to erect it were polite and really knew their stuff, they kept us informed if there were any issues or adjustments and they finished ahead of schedule. I cannot speak highly enough of the guys that installed it, their skill and speed were exceptional.”
“Really pleased with our big shed. The web site is straightforward to use and the follow-up by the office team (thanks, Megan) was very efficient. Full marks also to the helpful build team and overall very good value.”
