“I've just had a double carport and storage unit erected and we're absolutely delighted with the result.
The whole process was dealt with very professionally by Clare in the office, who liased with my builders laying the base several times directly to ensure everything was correct before the building arrived.
The design of the building was done to suit my own spec as there were various issues to address, and it was exactly what it needed to be because of the attention that was paid to various requests I made along the way.
The team that erected the building were also excellent, were punctual and really put in a shift, they were also happy to go the extra mile to make sure I was completely happy with finshed building before they left the site, I'd have no reservations about using them again or recomending them to anyone, absolutely first class, well done to the whole Chart team.”
“From the pre sales customer service (Clare) , through to the installation (Bart & Ian) of a 3 Car Garage, and the after care was excellent. Great value and I cannot recommend Chart Garages enough.”
“Our project is a DIY extension to a Chart supplied garage type building. Chart were quickly responsive to our enquiry and supplied all the parts and fittings necessary to complete the work. Everything was delivered on time and we are happy with the price and quality. We would happily recommend Chart Stables. Many thanks to Megan who helped us through every step.”
“Chart garages, have just completed a three bay garage construction, and from start to finish their attention to detail was superb. I would throughly recommend, they also build the garages, as their fitters were polite, and super efficient.”
“Chart supplied a customized plan for us, made and built a three bay garage. Clare was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, going out of her way to guide us through the process. The plans were made free of charge, provided Chart installed the garage, the team arrived when promised to erect it and managed it in the teaming rain in a day. The price for this was comparable to other company’s supply, without fitting.
Absolutely fantastic service, would not hesitate to recommend.”

Clare from Chart who dealt with all my many emails and constant questions has the patience of a saint and made the whole process a pleasure.

“From the point I got in contact with Chart Garages till the day the build was complete, the experience was flawless. Attentive staff who couldn't do anymore to help with questions whether it be changing some design features or advice on how to keep planning happy!!
Very happy with the overall experience and would thoroughly recommend the Chart Team for your next projects! Nice to see that there are still businesses out there that take pride in what they do with dedication to customer satisfaction ... well done!!”
“From Clare being patient over our changes in design and delay in giving the go ahead to the project, to the team who did the installation, the team at Chart have been excellent and responsive to deal with. Our new garage gets lots of positive comments from the villagers and we will be asking Chart to do our garden pavilion later in the year. First class!”
“Very good to deal with and patient if your project is taking longer than expected . Fantastic customer service and the team are pleasant and efficient when on site . Couldn’t have asked for more !”
“We are very pleased with the product we got. The workshop carriage house sits in our garden very nicely.
The work was carried out by an experienced set of fitters over 3 days and the finish is very good indeed.
From first contact to design and concept Chart garages listened to our brief and came up with plenty of options to achieve our final footprint. The fitters worked hard especially on the first day due to a frozen concrete base working to almost total darkness, the site was left tidy every evening.
Overall a very competent company that worked to complete a project long awaited for a fair price.
Many Thanks to all concerned.”
“From the initial enquiry to the completion of the build, Charts were very professional in their approach with many follow up emails and calls to ensure we had the right design that fitted our needs within our budget.
The team that constructed our garage arrived early and from the onset worked extremely hard and we were amazed at what they achieved by the first day. They were very courteous in good spirits and always provided us with updates on the build. Their attention to detail was also evident as they were proud of their work and wanted to please the client.
In summary Charts were very easy to deal with providing peace of mind which is key when you are investing in these buildings for your future needs and we would not hesitate to reccomenduse them again for any future builds.
Thank you,”
“We are really pleased with our cart lodge and workshop. This is the second time we have used Chart garages and yet again the team under John were efficient and polite and the speed at which they create your building is amazing.”
“Megan and Clare were excellent throughout. Chart was the only company willing to create a bespoke garage for me that met the requirements of my planning permission. They were patient throughout, even though many changes had to be made. Chart was also the only company that I found that made my project affordable. The installation team arrived at 7 am, after a 4 am start from Kent, and worked tirelessly for 11 hours to get the garage up in just one day. The garage feels good quality. A great job, and an overall stress-free experience, thank you.”
