“Amazing customer service and lovely products. I ordered an electric wax melt from them.Unfortunately it arrived smashed.I spoke to customer services and they sent a new one out that day.They we’re very kind and understanding. The electric wax melt is beautiful.I will definitely be buying from them again.”
