The bedrooms vary in size and though all are well appointed, they are spread across different parts of the site - some being easier to get to than others.”

My experience of liaising with the Front of House Team, on existing bookings, has been mixed. Sometimes the information has not been entirely accurate, and in an organisation where there are many bookings for different occasions, incorrect emails have been sent, causing some confusion/delay at our offices.
However, overall, the experience of dealing with CCT is good, and any 'concerns' can be discussed and sorted quickly.
