“My experience of making a recent booking of High Leigh (Ref.32075) with Mandy was very good. She was both helpful on the phone and quick to follow-up with specific quotes and further detailed information by email.
My experience of liaising with the Front of House Team, on existing bookings, has been mixed. Sometimes the information has not been entirely accurate, and in an organisation where there are many bookings for different occasions, incorrect emails have been sent, causing some confusion/delay at our offices.
However, overall, the experience of dealing with CCT is good, and any 'concerns' can be discussed and sorted quickly.

No matter what my query was I was always dealt with in a very professional, prompt and supportive manner.
Any issues that arose on site, e.g. leaking showers, were dealt with without any fuss or bother.
I would like to particularly put on record my appreciation of the Front of House staff with whom I had most dealings, both on the phone and in person. They were never anything less than pleasantly helpful.
The Dining Room staff too would always attend swiftly to any request from our group, again with a pleasant manner.
Whilst the facilities are very good it is the staff at The Hayes, including those in the Sales Department with whom I have had dealings, that make The Hayes a conference centre to which I, as a Conference Administrator, wish to return.”
“Once I submitted my requirements for the quote, an agent called me the following day and was able to transfer my requirements from this year over to next year which I was very pleased about. It was all dealt with very smoothly and efficiently. My only small criticism was that I was told that the agent would call me back the following week to confirm but did not do so. This meant that I almost missed the two-week deadline for accepting the quote because it wasn't at the forefront of my mind. But generally a very positive experience!”
“We like the venue and the staff but having to contract more than a year in advance is a problem for us. We don't think you are particularly more expensive than elsewhere but rising costs are a problem for our constituency. You will appreciate that, say, if a husband and wife wish to come together it can be an expensive two days. But we also recognise that you need to make a profit, maintain your buildings etc.”

We received a very timely series of emails, explaining how the pricing structure would work, how many guests would make an exclusive use cost-effective, and enabling us to make a final decision.
