“After initial phone call I knew I had found a company who had empathy with their customers needs & offered help there & then over the phone. I called back & face timed with Jay who confirmed the issue & provided a cost effective solution & arranged a site visit, arrived when he said he would, completed the work. Now we have a working partnership.”

“I've used Caught on Camera for my CCTV which was installed nearly 5 years ago and for a recently installed alarm system. I would highly recommend Jason and his team as they are very professional and completely trustworthy and reliable. They offer value for money in my experience.”

“From the first point of call to the installation, the team are absolutely lovely and professional. I believe it is family run business and you can tell from the tailored approach. I was so stressed on the day because our clinic is based in a very old Georgian building and the infrastructure is a total nightmare, and the team had their concerns about the cable run etc, however within minutes they got to work and figured it all out. I had assumed it would take all day but they were done within 2-3 hours. I've worked with hundreds of contractors in my time but this team were outstanding. They brought their own clean up equipment, they were very friendly and efficient, not to mention the quote itself was extremely competitive. Thank you again, I'm also so pleased with the quality of the equipment and imaging.”

“Very pleased with the installation carried out by Billy. From first call to Jay who came to advise and provide a quote then booked in for installation. Billy arrived and installed equipment with no fuss and then went through how it all worked and loaded app onto my wife and my phone so we can review recordings at any time in any place. Would highly recommend Caught on camera with a ten out of star rating Thank you Jay and team Bob Marshall”

“Andy and his team installed an excellent CCTV system for us across our block of 90 flats in Maidenhead. Very reasonable, easy to use, and it does exactly what is says on the tin. Also, they are really great people to deal with. Superb result.”

“Before Engineer's visit, I had agreed on the cost over the phone. However, the invoice received after work was 30£ more than what was agreed on earlier. Have called and sent emails, but the invoice was not changed. Reminder for anyone to get the cost agreed in advance and get that documented”

“We have had our cameras for a number of years now. We are happy with the service, the ease of operating the cameras and the backup service. If there are any issues, we simply call up for advice. These cameras have given us additional home security. We are very happy.”
