Bought set of mats for VW golf unfortunately we ordered the wrong ones
Tried to contact them 4 times had no replies or E mails
Would recommend you check that the right mats are ordered as i doubt whether you will get a refund or reply .
Or go to Main dealer VW mats were actually cheaper and guaranteed
Wouldn't use company again

Ordered wrong size returned them within in 6 days .Ordered correct size 19.99 .refund due 47.00.... only to be told no refund because same price ...how come 2 mats are the same price as 1 mat .lots of emails .no reply or resolution ...BEWARE .you may be overcharged ..

The Mats have a terrible smell and the embroidery is not very neat, we had to remove the mats from our car as the smell was very overpowering, when we asked for a refund we were told to leave the mats out of the car for an additional day and try to wash them with soapy water! we had already left them out for three days! we are trying to get a refund but the communication from Carmats is not very consistent making us worry when we will get our money returned.

I am really disappointed the car mats are not fitted correctly even though I put the car reg in there's no point I asked for a partial refund and thts declined wanting me to buy more mats on a 40% discount and the ones I have are personalised no use for no one but atleast u could replace the back 2 mats that are definitely the wrong fitting u wouldn't recommend this place to no one not a happy customer at all

No phone is a pain , company obsessed with technology, but can’t get the basics right !
Now waiting on email response and hopefully a refund .
