I asked for that to be refunded to me and they would only give store credit (which I don’t need as I’ve already bought the car mats) they then just gave me the old T&Cs line and said they can’t refund me as it isn’t their fault.

Amazing quality, unfortunately I asked for a refund on the next day delivery service as the item did not arrive as scheduled and this wasn’t refunded to me. Regardless the mats are a great upgrade from the originals

I am still waiting for my refund . I started the process on 9 January (today is the 20th Jan

Didn’t get some items that where out of stock but the Matt’s arrived in double quick time I was notified of the items that were out of stock and a refund was immediately issued and I’m hoping I will be contacted as requested when the items are re-stock

Not the best experience bought the elite car mats fo a Peugeot 2008 paid for them to check they fitted my car and next day delivery got them promptly but didn’t fit (not sure what the point for them to check they fitted was) also when taking the wrong fitting mats out the fixings broke took 10 days to get the right fitting mats would of taken longer if I hadn’t complained wish I had of spent my money else where least they could of done is refund the next day delivery and the check the mats would fit!!! And not put the taking branding on the mat that wasn’t in the pics the second time around apparently it’s not possible but it’s added during the stitching would of been very easy to leave that off to improve my experience look elsewhere would be my advice

I have dealt with Amy and Dan who helped to resolve this issue by offering an alternative material with either a partial refund (for a cheaper product) or in my case paying the difference for a more expensive product.
