“They helped us in applying for an IVA following an eldery relatives debt issues. They were very polite and helpful all through the process. And kept us up to date with everything. Every member of staff was extremely polite and helpful. My main dealings were with Cameron who is a genuinely nice guy. If anyone has any debt issues I recommend having a chat with these guys.”

“The staff have been incredible. It’s a hard step to take when you are struggling financially and you aren’t used to asking for help. They have made the process so much easier for me. Been patient, understanding, and most importantly I haven’t felt judged for the situation I am in. Alex, Andrea, and Brad have all been brilliant and I’m so grateful!”

“Two years of money worries, threatening letters and stress causing health issues, I knew I had to do something I gave care about money a call and within half an hour I was talking to an advisor. Who was understanding caring and above all non judgemental . I had to face my problems head on and go through my finances but they helped all the way. It was like baby steps with them holding my hand and reassuring. Now I feel I can live again not worry about letters or threats someone was going to knock on my door. I had a great satisfaction of destroying my cards opening a new bank account . It felt like a new start and a lesson learnt even at my age . If you have any doubts push them aside and give care about money a call”

“I have round 4.000 pounds debt for Council tax. I didn't know that. Because this debt wos 4 years ago. I just learned on 18 January. I can't pay this debt because I have private debt They have sent me TO INFORCMENT SERVICE. PLEASE CAN YOU HELP ME”
