“They helped us in applying for an IVA following an eldery relatives debt issues. They were very polite and helpful all through the process. And kept us up to date with everything. Every member of staff was extremely polite and helpful. My main dealings were with Cameron who is a genuinely nice guy. If anyone has any debt issues I recommend having a chat with these guys.”

“The staff have been incredible. It’s a hard step to take when you are struggling financially and you aren’t used to asking for help. They have made the process so much easier for me. Been patient, understanding, and most importantly I haven’t felt judged for the situation I am in. Alex, Andrea, and Brad have all been brilliant and I’m so grateful!”

“Two years of money worries, threatening letters and stress causing health issues, I knew I had to do something I gave care about money a call and within half an hour I was talking to an advisor. Who was understanding caring and above all non judgemental . I had to face my problems head on and go through my finances but they helped all the way. It was like baby steps with them holding my hand and reassuring. Now I feel I can live again not worry about letters or threats someone was going to knock on my door. I had a great satisfaction of destroying my cards opening a new bank account . It felt like a new start and a lesson learnt even at my age . If you have any doubts push them aside and give care about money a call”

“I have round 4.000 pounds debt for Council tax. I didn't know that. Because this debt wos 4 years ago. I just learned on 18 January. I can't pay this debt because I have private debt They have sent me TO INFORCMENT SERVICE. PLEASE CAN YOU HELP ME”

“Absolute waste of time. Initially made contact with them due to my worries about bailiffs. They kept me on the phone going through all my information, little did I know that they were gathering my financial information to convince me to do an IVA or Debt relief order. Neither of which I wanted. Was told by the person I spoke to on the phone that a “bailiff expert” will contact me and scheduled a call back for me. And that they will speak to the bailiffs on my behalf and help me with a payment plan to which was more suited to me. That’s what was promised. The gentleman rang me, named Alex. Was on the phone for over an hour. Not once did he contact the bailiffs. Which I was under the impression he was going to. That’s what I thought the whole purpose of the call back was. We went through my debts and creditors. He kept failing to listen to me when I told him two of the creditors I was happy with and had no reason to write the debt off with an IVA or a DRO. I was on a suitable agreement where I was able to make the payments each month to these. He didn’t seem to want to acknowledge this though. Also may I point out, one of the debts is council tax debt. Which at the moment is in dispute. I’m a student and my local council have made an error with my exemption form from my university. So the amount owing is wrong anyway. I explained this to Alex but he was still adamant he needed to add this debt to what I was owing. Essentially writing off debt that didn’t even exist. Turns out he couldn’t do anything to help me with the bailiffs. The only way to do that was take out an IVA or do a Debt Relief Order. He yet again refused to listen to me when I told him I didn’t want to choose these options. Eventually I told him I wanted to think about my options as I just wanted to get off the phone. Because it was just a complete waste of time. I am fully aware that companies who help people take out IVA’s take a percentage of the money. So as soon as he mentioned this to me I knew exactly what his intentions were. He also gave me an option where I could freeze any action for 60 days and give me breathing space while things were dealt with. I.e my council tax exemption issue. Which would have been the ideal solution for me. But guess what, they couldn’t do that for me as that isn’t what they deal with. To do that option I would have to contact my local citizens advice centre. False advertisement at its finest. Don’t bother with these people. You’re better off going to citizens advice or somewhere similar.”
