“ Was a returning customer. Paid for next day delivery and submitted the order 3 hours before the deadline but arrived 2 days later. I emailed but just had a reply detailing the time to expect it. No apology or refund for the additional money paid for the ‘express’ delivery. So a disappointing experience. ”
