I ordered moss in November and it never arrived. I sent Carbeth Plants several emails and they told me to reject the order when it finally arrived inorder to get a refund. I did so and I am still waiting for the refund . Very poor customer service and it’s only £30 and they have lost me as a customer and I have told everyone about this appalling customer service.

Due to the damaged pot, I couldn't use the tree for its intended purpose and so reached out to Carbeth Plants to request a refund under the Consumer Rights Act.

I strongly recommend a review of your systems and procedures. This order had to be cancelled due to unavailability of the plant, in spite of it being ordered over a week before the requested delivery date. Communications with Robyn, on ordering and paying, were excellent. Thereafter it all fell apart. I suggest you read e mails. A refund was provided immediately, and and recieved a day later.

Chased up order after a week of receiving tracking details because Royal Mail tracking didnt change. Told one plant out of stock so nothing had been sent. Thought Robyn had sorted it out as refund notice was sent. Neithr refund or remaining plants have arrived. Just received request to complete this review so being honest!! Hopefully refund and plants will turn but I wont be ordering again.

Poor. Never got the order. Didn’t get any updates. When I complained 1 month into waiting for the order. I was told there was a delay. Next day I got a Royal Mail notification telling me they were awaiting my order. This status did not change for another 10 days. Requested a refund and have received that refund.
I sadly, do not recommend this company on any level

Very disappointing. First rose tree looked diseased.. second one wasn't much better. The rose tree was part of an anniversary gift for my son and daughter-in-law.. delivered direct.. so as well as disappointment was embarrassment. After a bit of back and forth I was given a refund. I would much rather have had one decent plant tbh!
