Paid for next day delivery after a family bereavement, was not sent out 6 days later, requested to cancel and refund and the delivery was intercepted as had still not even been sent - had to purchase elsewhere a week later

The plants possibly left you in good condition, unfortunately they were not delivered the same. they were in a sorry state.
A refund was given once I sent picture of the state, this was done very quickly without me having to ask. Thank you.

Very quick delivery, unfortunately packaging was not good, air pouches should have air in them to protect plant! When I complained, they were apologetic and refund 20% of cost. Good customer relations!

I placed an order and was asked to do a review. As I hadn’t received my order I emailed for an update only to be told they no longer could fulfil my order and I would receive a refund. I can’t believe it’s only May and this was the case, probably more to do with cost to get to me. Very disappointing.

The plants that we did get were of excellent quality.
5/5 for intentions and responses but only 2/5 for execution. Unfortunately, one item was missed when I received my order. When I chased, I received an apology for not letting me know and a promise that it would be sent. When, a month later, I chased to see when it would be delivered, the response was a refund. I got my money back without a quibble but I'd rather have the plants.

Plant was very poor roots were bare just stuck in pot complained but told to contact later as it's a good plant sent photos of one small growth asked for replacement or refund not acknowledged very disappointed

Very bad condition of roses when arrived been squashed into a cardboard box not recently watered, much smaller than I thought and NO labeling of the three plants so no idea of what variety each of the three were....Certainly will not be ordering from you again and will be looking for a refund!!
