AVOID these cowboys. Bought two plants from them, both turnedup with barely any growth, the few leaves that were there were limp and lifeless. And then when you ask for a refund you hear nothing from customer services. AVOID.

Ordered via eBay, requested a refund, still no response. Paid £8.89 for a single Alstroemeria. Arrived in oversized box. Root with no growth. Never again. I will get eBay involved if no reply by 17th April. Never again from this seller.
Wouldn’t let me upload a picture.

Terrible company. Ordered 6 tomato plants - only 3 delivered which were crushed and in a very poor state. photos sent, they claimed plants were OK and would recover...not a chance. Despite claims for full refund they stall and fail to reply 'will get back to you in 48 hours' - they don't!!
Avoid like the plague................

Enclosed was a generic letter telling me there were no asparagus in stock and I couldn’t have a refund as I was an Amazon prime customer (even though the order was via B&Q not Amazon).

To make matters worse, the company refused to issue a refund unless I paid for return postage.
