“Very disappointing. First rose tree looked diseased.. second one wasn't much better. The rose tree was part of an anniversary gift for my son and daughter-in-law.. delivered direct.. so as well as disappointment was embarrassment. After a bit of back and forth I was given a refund. I would much rather have had one decent plant tbh!”

However was horrified by the small, stunted plant which arrived in the post. A number of weeks in and it has shown no sign of growth atall. Total waste of money unfortunately. Would not order from them again”
“Ordered ten plants small issue with posting which I also may be accountable for but out of ten plants only have 8 they were advertised as 9 cm pots but two that died when pulling were in fact plugs that hadn’t routed I’ve also had to treat plants for powder mildew not sure if it’s bad luck or poor quality plants would only know by purchasing again but feel a little weary”

I was disappointed to receive plants without any labels or information whatsoever. The plants were not well packed at all and had been dispatched over a weekend, meaning they were wilting on arrival. All very disappointing.”
