“A really professional approach to the process of financing my latest vehicle purchase at a very reasonable interest rate. Working in the finance arena for many years and having experienced the best and worst service over the years I was very pleased by the extremely efficient, prompt, professional and friendly way the whole process was managed by Alex and his team. I did ask for a number of finance facility structures before deciding on a final deal and all of these were dealt with incredibly efficiently. I would highly recommend Capital's services to any one looking to finance a car that meets their criteria.”

“We were dealt with throughout the process by James Dale who was superb. He helped looking at a couple of different options and nothing was too much trouble. His communication throughout the transaction was excellent and when we had a slight query with the lender in terms of a condition they tried to apply he got on to it and it was overturned straight away. “We have used Capital Car Finance for many years, no matter what the dealer offers Capital Car Finance always seem to beat it, whether it's a better repayment figure or a lower pcp balance. The last finance they organised was processed and through to the dealer before the car was ready which made for a very easy experience when collecting the car as all the paperwork was complete. “Its actually very Hard to find a decent finance company who offer specialist PCP and LP deals, the dealers offer crazy high finance on these type of deals and don't offer you the best solution. From initial email enquiry in the evening, to have an instant personal reply was re assuring, and to be able to have excellent personal advise and service is invaluable in most businesses. Tom looked after my deal and not only dealt with it personally, but also chased it through to enable a deal to be done in less than two days. Excellent service would use again and highly recommend.”

“Was looking for finance as found a car that I wanted to buy. Was in contact with a guy called James who was absolutely brilliant. In less then a week the finance was sorted and dealership had there money. I got a brilliant deal and was stress free James made it so easy to sort all the paper work and get it sent back. “First time I ever used a 3rd party for car finance - I usually use the main dealer, so I was a bit unsure. From day one Alex Cama at CCF was on the ball, every time I asked for a quote (which was often) he got back to me instantly and when I finally found the right car I did the deal on it in less than 24 hours; if it hadn't been for Alex being so fast in sending the dealer the paperwork, I'd have had to come up with a £3K deposit. As it was, the dealer saw that the finance had been arranged and that was that. He was professional and on the ball, but easy to talk to and not officious, I got a great APR which was untouchable by a main dealer, and the fee for CCF services (just a few hundred quid) was entirely reasonable and in the end I got a car that I'd not usually be able to afford for a sensible monthly payment. The finance was arranged through a big name lender, so not some back street company I didn't recognise which is reassuring. I've already recommended CCF to a friend and would be happy to do so to anyone else - They've been a total pleasure to deal with and made the whole experience easy. The main dealer didn't like losing out on the finance, but when you can get an APR of less than half of what a dealer is offering you, it's an easy decision to make. For what its worth, I've not been paid for this review and it's a genuine, verifiable one. In 4 years time when it comes to getting another car, I'll be doing it through Alex at CCF.”
