“After a few calls, I have noticed a pattern. In my experience, I feel that Customer Service could improve on the following areas. - Their knowledge of how customers place orders, with and without promotions. - The way they communicate could be personal and happy. * I could have placed many more orders with your company if I felt it was a great experience.”

“I would like to have the ability to create my own account so I can have my photos available for reprints or other projects and I can track my previous orders. Every time I order from you it is like starting from square one. You don't have my information on file, mailing addresses, methods of payments, order history, etc.”

“Sent in a photo for canvas reproduction for a gift. Price amazing, shipping normal, but product received did not match photo - result was darker, grayer, & not as sharp. When contacted CS, informed would assess photo & results; determined "looked fine." Had to go elsewhere to obtain true reproduction. Will not use again.”
