“Your website advertises the 8x8" size for $4.23. On any other site the cost of one item is the same for 5 or 10. The buyer doesn't find out that only applies for one until checkout. NOT HAPPY. I have purchased over a hundred canvases from various companies. Yours is the only one with this dubious ad. Jacqueline Shuler”

“Very disgusted. Placed this order already then found an email when I was checking status that you all canceled it claiming a system problem. Such an easy escape goat for the system issue. I’m giving this another shot as I have ordered several in the past but given this latest issue I’m not happy.”

“Warning warning warning..... This place is so unprofessional it's unreal I've sent three emails they do not respond back very unprofessional customer service. I called today on 4/8/24 and spoke to a rude CSR person that likes to interrupt you over the phone I asked for a manager to contact me today and still no phone call. I have a complaint about having two canvases done I got the first canvas picture sent to me last week and it looks like someone shook the camera a hundred times and made the picture look so blurry it's unreal. Do not order here very unprofessional customer service bad quality canvas pictures being sent to you customer service does not send a manager to contact me. I'll be calling my bank in the morning to file fraud charges and get my charges reversed because of this unprofessional company. I did call last week on a Friday and it says we're closed for 3 hours because we're having a meeting..... I thought what the hell kind of place closes down for 3 hours and has a meeting and they still haven't called me back. This shithole place is very unprofessional bad quality service bad quality product do not order here. Warning warning ⚠️⚠️🚨⚠️ WARNING ⚠️🚨 WARNING ⚠️🚨 WARNING ⚠️🚨 WARNING. Do not buy here”

“Started the design with the offer stating shipping is free - but ended up charged and paying $22 for shipping! Call to customer service didn’t help! Before the one question survey, the representative hung up(!) Oh well, I like the product and workmanship of your organization - hence ordering! Thank you for the great products but not so great customer service.!”
