“The sides of the photo the wrap around the canvas are duplicates of the front (if that makes sense) So it just looks very odd & cheep.”

“I have been trying for hours to upload a "test" file. I only see a spinning icon. It looks like you are cheap and "you get what you pay for". I will try another service for my seven prints.”

“I got an email for a free 11 X 14 canvas and tried to use it a couple of days later and it would not work. You should not send out emails for free items if you don’t intend to honor them and/or only have them for a short amount of time. I wanted to see the quality of the canvas first before I decided if I wanted to invest anymore money into your business.”

“First order had a crushed canvas from the shipping. No return response from customer service. When I contacted them at canvas on the cheap. No working phone number to get a hold of someone just goes in circles when you choose an option. Every option they give says not a choice. It is wrapped bulky and the side border shows on the top front of picture..Corners that are stapled down are bulky. When I emailed customer service said they gave me a ticket on my first complaint, but there was no ticket number for me and no follow up.”
