“Couldn't go back and change my mind about add-ons, like brown frame. Tried emptying cart and that did not work either. Tried closing browser and starting over, and that did not work either. Finally: Had to open DIFFERENT browser, Chrome instead of IE, in order to get a clean slate and place my order. Also: Was surprised about the upcharge for cropping. Not that you charge extra but that there's nothing that says cropping is extra. And again, could NOT go back and change my mind.”
