“I placed an order less than 24 hours ago. I called to update it and I was told it was not an option. Prices are good however I feel as though I couldn't update because they wanted to charge shipping again. Poor customer service”

“I tried to make an order on evening of 12/03 and the price your web page said was for an 8"X8"was $54.30. The system gave me that price for my first selection and on the second one I selected it gave me a price of seven dollars and change. I deleted the selections and only ordered the 11x14 photos I selected. It seems wrong that the system would do that and I ended up ordering no 8x8s. I have recently started ordering from you for my business and was happy with the quality but am not happy about this.”
