“Prices for the same item change if you order more than one.. for example your first 8x8 may be 4.50 but the second 8x8 will be 8. 50 and your 3rd 8x8 will be 11.50. same product, same cart, same order same day, different prices. Not good”

“I ordered previous canvas photo of same picture, but mistakenly failed to rotate it and head of subject was cut off, would have been nice if contacted before it was made to make sure. So now purchasing second-correctly rotated size.”

“Your "free" 11 x 14 print is largely paid for by the customer by your inflated shipping cost of more than $17.00, compared with $9.90 in shipping costs when the same picture is purchased. I already have a larger canvas coming later in the month, and the free one could easily be packaged with the large one at little if any additional shipping cost.”

“had order put together with 16x20's at 14.99 got interrupted and came back 2 hrs later and price had more than doubled. redid order with smaller sizes and then had issues with paying... acted like it took cc# but then circled back without placing order until I changed cc. No message stating why it wouldn't go.”
