“I added some things to my cart which included two 11 x 14 prints and then realized I had a coupon for a free 11 x 14 print that I received by email as a thank you for the last order I placed. So I opened the email and applied that to my cart, only to find out the order was going to cost MORE than what I would pay without that free print. Turns out, the shipping charges went up, as did the charge for the gallery wrap thickness. Interesting. Turns out when you claim you're giving me a free 11 x 14 print, you're not giving me anything free at all. You're making that free print up elsewhere and charging even more in the process of doing that. This is likely the last order I'll place with Canvas on the Cheap. Furthermore, as an art teacher, I make recommendations to my students all the time regarding where to buy their prints. Canvas on the Cheap was my go to recommendation. No longer. I'll be posting a not-so-nice post about your misleading free print offers on my Facebook page, YouTube channel, Instagram account and Pinterest account. The thousands of people I reach will find this information very interesting, I'm sure. I've been a loyal customer, and I DON'T APPRECIATE BEING JERKED AROUND. Shelly Miller”

“After a few calls, I have noticed a pattern. In my experience, I feel that Customer Service could improve on the following areas. - Their knowledge of how customers place orders, with and without promotions. - The way they communicate could be personal and happy. * I could have placed many more orders with your company if I felt it was a great experience.”

“I would like to have the ability to create my own account so I can have my photos available for reprints or other projects and I can track my previous orders. Every time I order from you it is like starting from square one. You don't have my information on file, mailing addresses, methods of payments, order history, etc.”
