“The WORST leather purchase I have ever made and I buy a lot of leather/suede clothes. The jacket arrived with a spot on the sleeve where the suede had rubbed off a few inches long and wide. I contacted Caine with photos and Alex replied that it was normal for suede. NOT TRUE. It was a defect that they were denying. I shipped the jacket back at my expense and was refunded less their shipping charge to me. So I paid for shippng both ways for the defective suede jacket. DO NOT TRUST Caine for standing behind their products!!!!!!! I will be taking this matter further though all available channels and posting this information everywhere.”

“Absolutely rubbish. The guy on the phone was buried, sarcastic and condescending had to threaten to go to my bank fraud just to get a refund absolute vile person on the other end of the phone”
