“This is my second purchase of your most excellent sheepskins. The latest order was truly EXCELLENT!!! Thank you so much. It is truly a very exclusive sheepskin of the highest quality. I love this coat, beautiful colour too.. The workmanship, tailoring is AWSOME! Much obliged to you again at Caine leather for a second exceptionally gorgeous sheepskin. May I take this opportunity to thank Ian gentleman who contacted me. He displayed immense patience and kindness plus gave me excellent advise.”

“Quality jacket but the delivery service was really poor, the driver left my jacket open up and the jacket was left open to the elements and the driver said the jacket just fell out of the packaging and I find it hard to believe because the packaging was torn open, I've informed Caine's leather about the delivery and informed parcel force about the delivery, I'm not sure I'll order again if that will be the delivery service ag6”

“I ordered a jacket from Caine leather and recieved a same design jacket but an Infinity leather one. Caine leather sold this jacket to me for the price of their same design jacket @£210, apparently sourced the jacket from Infinity leather. This jacket was available at Infinity leather @£120. I returned the jacket back to Caine and bought the same from Infinity @£120. Is that how you cheat people. Shame on you.”

“The WORST leather purchase I have ever made and I buy a lot of leather/suede clothes. The jacket arrived with a spot on the sleeve where the suede had rubbed off a few inches long and wide. I contacted Caine with photos and Alex replied that it was normal for suede. NOT TRUE. It was a defect that they were denying. I shipped the jacket back at my expense and was refunded less their shipping charge to me. So I paid for shippng both ways for the defective suede jacket. DO NOT TRUST Caine for standing behind their products!!!!!!! I will be taking this matter further though all available channels and posting this information everywhere.”
