I tried some new products this time including a serum, moisture mask and eye cream. All are nice to use and feel very moisturising, the booster especially”

“My order for face cream DAILY SPF50+ came as faulty. The pump did not work. The top of the pump was disconnected to the tube within the cream so would not draw the cream up. I emailed By Sarah requesting a replacement but not received a response which is disappointing”

“I liked the product but as others have said the pump doesn’t work on two out of four of my products. While told to squeeze it out or unscrew I shouldn’t really have to do this if it was properly packaged. I think they need to look at the packaging again if charging so much for the product or people will give up with the product.”
