“Your website is displaying a promo on checkout that does not apply to my order and your customer service rep said he did not design the page. That's inappropriate. Also your website keeps glitching and not showing a previous order that I wanted to reorder. Your customer service rep was not empathetic but insecure and not professional. I do like the quality of the signs you produce.”
