“I asked about a definite answer regarding a 4 inch min on 1st 3 lines and the rest as a min of 2 inch lettering and neither representative has sent me a confirmation on that required size, both told me I had to place the order and neither ever sent me a confirmation or sent me to the art department that they said that would be reqired. Since i'm a middle person in the sign creation, I'm not happy about your process or lack of process to insure i'm going to get what I require for the city of Jamestown Hope I get what the client requires in the end but it is on faith and not a secure message tht this was done/created to my order. “Designed some shirts for an event, everything was fine. Placed order, and paid. 2 days later getting an email simply stating: "There was an issue with the items ordered, and we have no foreseeable date when items will be in stock again, so are cancelling and refunding you." -- I'm glad they communicated, but cannot possibly recommend them.”
