“From my first contact with Andy at Brighton Tools until my new kit arrived, the service has been excellent. Even in these difficult times (Covid-19), Andy dealt with my enquiry and subsequent order quickly and efficiently. With very competitive pricing and great service, I would recommend Brighton Tools to anyone and will certainly use them again.”

“Really great service and friendly staff. Will certainly purchase more from them. One of the team dropped the order off on the same day as it was on his way home from work, despite being in the middle of a global pandemic. I can’t remember his name, but he really went over and above and the product (garden fork) is top notch. Thank you Brighton Tools & Fixings, you guys are the best 🙂”

“I have used Brighton Tools for both tools and fixings for many years and will not go elsewhere even the internet. The service is exemplary on every level and if/when there are issues with a tool purchased form them you get there full backing to sort it out. Recently we had tools stolen from site which were then found in a local shop. Brighton Tools had registered all the tools for us and kept records which allowed us to prove the tools were ours. I cant recommend them highly enough!!”

“Great helpful service as always, even after 25+ (?) years of using them. Little staff turnover, which is always a good sign, and superb, spacious showroom, always worth a visit. Now you can't get that with Amazon (previous reviewer)...”

“I called Shaun asking for a price on a power tool, that day he called back with a price I was happy with and the tool was delivered to site a day later. Couldn’t ask for much more!”

“Purchased Makita cordless tools pack 11 years ago. After a few years the batteries all died and BTAF got them all changed for me despite being out of the warranty period as Makita accepted a fault in the original design. Now 11 years on I have encountered issues on a site and BTAF have still been happy to provide support and even dug out my original invoice for me. Not bad for tools purchased over 11 years ago! You wouldn't get that on eBay!”
