“This was the first time I used this company. After many years of using the same eyeshadow I was distraught I could no longer get any, then I found it on branded beauty. I was initially put off by their reviews but decided to give them benefit of doubt,and I'm really glad I did. The product was a great price,it arrived quickly and was well packaged. I would not hesitate in using again or in recommending to others.”

“Wonderful service, kept up to date, so well packed, bargain prices. A young person's dream, I am an oldie so dont use many products but tempted to experiment as some products so inexpensive. Would defo recommend.”

“There were problems with my order, insofar as the package went astray in the post. However, Lauren (in Customer Service) was very thorough and professional in resolving the issue. It was a painstaking process, but she kept me informed throughout, and ultimately I received my order intact. I don't get out these days, so do almost all of my shopping online, and buying new makeup products tends to be a bit of a gamble. There was only one item I was disappointed in - NYX 'Bare With Me' tinted serum - and actually the product itself is okay; but the bottle design doesn't work for me. The liquid just doesn't flow through the long glass nozzle - no matter how hard I shake it - so you have to unscrew the cap and get your finger in there! As a result I tend to give it a miss when doing my makeup.”

“I was extremely pleased when I found you sold L'Oréal lipstick number 362 crystal cappuccino. I have worn it for years but it became obsolete. I was pleased you had it so I ordered it to see if it was the right one and it was so I am delighted and I will be ordering again. Thank you Lesley”
